Dr. Marco Manzi is an Interventional Radiologist with extensive experience in treating CLTI and he currently is the Director of Interventional Radiology at Policlinico Abano Terme (PD) Italy.
After graduating in medicine from the university of Milano, Italy, he completed his training in radiology at the Boldrini Hospital (VI), Italy, and at the Radiology lnstitute at the University of Ferrara, Italy.
He was appointed Director of the Interventional Radiology Unit for the first time in 1999 at the San Bortolo Hospital (VI) Italy.
Dr. Manzi has always been a strong advocate for medical education: besides having authored more than 50 publications in peer-reviewed medical journals, he has been teaching about distal revascularization since 2001 and has been invited as faculty member and live operator at leading medical congresses in Europe, Middle East, ASIA and the United States such as Cardiovascular and lnterventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE), Leipzig lnterventional Course (LINC), Encore Seoul, PAIRS, ISET, Veith, EuroPcr, Charing Cross, SIR etc.
He is a member of the lnterventional Radiology Section of the ltalian Society of Medical Radiology (SIRM) and the Cardiovascular and lnterventional Radiology Society of Europe (CIRSE). He is also Honorary member of IRSA (IR Society of Australasia).
