CLI-C was founded by Dr. Marco Manzi and Dr. Mariano Palena in 2017 and it has now expanded globally, addressing an international audience with both virtual and in-person events.
The main goal of CLI-Courses projects is to create an international community of physicians committed to broaden, improve and share the knowledge about CLTI treatment.
The live cases model guides the audience through a step -by-step learning experience in a multidisciplinary scenario, supported by educational discussions on decision making, technical strategies and therapies.
The endovascular treatment of critical limb ischemia (CLI) and diabetic foot has become an important and promising approach for the revascularization of femoral, tibial and foot arteries, improving clinical outcomes and supporting limb salvage.
Due to the fast development of new techniques, procedures and devices in the last decades, treatment options available for patients suffering from CLI are constantly expanding. It is therefore essential to be always up-to-date and to master the basics as well as the latest methods.
Dr. Manzi and Dr. Palena founded CLI-Courses.
